On 08 April 2019, the country’s top Human Resource (HR) managers and Mindanao’s people managers gathered in Cagayan De Oro for a region-wide HR summit, the Mindanao HR Beat 219, to exchange insights and best practices in developing globally competitive human resources. Behind this event is the company called The Pinnacle.

Mindanao HR Beat was organized by The Pinnacle together with its local partner, Kairos HR and Business Consultancy, Inc., to help sustain the current wave of development happening in Mindanao. Metro CDO, specifically, is envisioned to become the country’s fourth Metropolitan Center by 2050 following the National Spatial Strategy of the National Economic and Development Authority.
